Shipping and Returns
Orders received before 3pm from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched on the same day. Orders that are received after 3pm may be shipped on the next working day.
Please note: Free shipping is based on the total of the order and not the subtotal before discounts or special offers are applied.

Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our workshop at 12 Penrhyn Road, Colwyn Bay LL29 8LG. Simply choose Pick Up at the checkout and we will prepare your order as soon as we can.
Parcelforce 24 (2 to 5 working days) is FREE for orders over £35
Parcelforce 24 (2 to 5 working days) is £3.95 for orders under £35
Door to door parcel tracking is provided by email or SMS via our carriers Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Please note that currently we only ship to customers in the United Kingdom.
Republic of Ireland (ROI)
International Standard (2 to 11 days) is FREE for orders over €60

Tax, Duty and Customs Fees
Nathalie Bond cannot be held responsible for local tax, customs and duty charges on any products purchased through our website. If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for paying the customs and duty that may be added on delivery of your shipment. If you are unsure of these charges please check before placing your order.
If you have an issue with your order please email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving goods quoting your order number. If the delivery has been damaged, please send us photographs. Please note that all of our products are handmade and 100% natural and can vary slightly from batch to batch.
If for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days of order provided they are in their original condition, unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used. Postage is non-refundable.
Occasionally products can get damaged in transit. If this occurs, please email us with a photograph of the damage so that we can we can arrange a replacement.
Our packaging philosophy is this: as little as possible. Our products do not come in individual boxes and we ship all our orders in strong, recyclable brown boxes. We also use eco-friendly 100% biodegradable packing chips made from starch.
We do not send paper invoices with orders but if you would like one sent via email then please let us know.
We use biodegradable loose fill packaging which are made from GM free starch and are 100% biodegradable and compostable (EN13432) and our shipping boxes are made from 100% recyclable kraft paper.
All of our soap bars are packaged in plastic free boxes.
All of our other products come in reusable or recyclable glass and aluminium containers.
